Free Digital Children’s Books For the Home school Trend

pgeCov2

Kai: As the home school trend continues, I decided this month to release my new children’s book from my educational series; “Your New Friends”. The new book is about pet fish, though it also contains general fish facts for those who do not have pets, too.

You can read the book here!

This book was written by me, while Arianna and I collaborated on the art work. Avery was responsible for the digital design as usual!

Please check out the children’s book page for all of the “Your New Friends” titles, and additional stories, which are free to view and download.

Gratitude; My First Poetry Book!

~Blog by Kai of Sacred Visions Studio~

Here is my first poetry book! My animal-inspired collection, contains art of several styles, and both rhymed, and free-verse poetry.

I have written poetry forever, but finally, I have created a book, where years of my passing experiences and views of the animal world, come together.

It has been a dream of mine to author a book like this, so I am very happy to share it with you!

New Short Story “SEAGER”

~Blog by Kai of Sacred Visions Studio~

SEAGER is a short story that I wrote many years ago when I was in school. I was not fond of writing or English at the time, but the novels I’d read of wilderness survival and living in the great outdoors, forced me to learn so that I could create my own adventures. Seager’s point of view came naturally because of my empathy for animals. And dogs appeared to me as having an innate goodness.

The sketches in the book are new (2018), as I had never planned on truly bringing this book to life until recently. But one day, I’d happened to find it amongst old homework and After reading it, I decided maybe it was worth fixing up; despite having the very different writing style I have now.

SEAGER is simple, but dear.

SEAGER is about a boy and his dog who get lost in the frosty North, and can’t find their way home. They face many challenges with Mother Nature along the way. Do Jessey and Seager ever find their way home?
