Avery: I’ve just released a brand new short 18 page comic called “Gingerberry.” This is a Proof-of-Concept short story for what will hopefully be a much longer all-ages comic series.
I made this comic so these characters that have existed for so long in my mind could finally exist in some tangible form. While this Proof-of-Concept story is a simple tale, I intend for more stories with a much deeper story in the future. Until then, please check read and enjoy this story!
Avery: Creating art is difficult, but even when it’s tough, bringing your art to life is important, sharing your art is important. But art is not made through day dreaming, it takes work, and it takes consistency.
Avery: It has been difficult for me as a creative to follow through on my own creations. I have ideas and stories I wish to create and share with the world. But works of art cannot be made through day dreaming, it has to take work.

If you are a follower of ours you may remember we would support Twitter Art Exhibit, an art exhibition where people from all over the world can submit a post card sized artwork that will be sold to raise money for charity. After ten years Twitter art Exhibit has now been renamed and re-branded as Post Card Exhibit.
You can learn more and register on their website, and we recommend you do! It’s fun to create art that can help bring good to the world! This year the exhibit is supporting @millhousemckinney
Registration closes July 23, but your cards need to be mailed in earlier. The exhibition and sale will be Sep 21 – Oct 22, 2024. So get creating!
Avery: Recently I made a short film with my good friend Sean Seid, a wonderful poet and creative spirit. The concept & vision for the film is all Sean’s, with me behind the camera. The film is called “A Moment of Stillness” You can check out the film on Sean’s IG page and also on Youtube.
Arianna: Here is a compilation of all my performances (so far) at our local open mics. Most of these are original songs I wrote and composed, but there’s a couple covers in there as well. I’ve definitely enjoyed having the opportunity to play my music at The Gordon (PenArts) and the Pacific Kava Bar, both have great atmospheres and lovely people. I’m grateful to have been so well received at both places.
I hope you enjoy this collection of my live performances, thanks for listening.
