Fear of Change – Poem by Wil Gillette

Avery: My good friend Wil Gillete asked me to film for a video of him performing an original poem of his titled: Fear of Change. This was such a great experience trying to shoot by firelight, I was unsure of how it would turn out, but the visual was astonishing! Never have I worked in such dark conditions like this before, but I came prepared with a large aperture camera lens… That being a cheap 35$ lens I bought off of Amazon! Shocking! I know! But it did the trick with my Sony ZV-E10!

The Lens I used is called the Fotasy 35mm Manual E-mount lens and for such a cheap deal this lens was fantastic to work with!

The 15 minute film premiered yesterday at Culinary Productions in Pensacola for the Night on the Tracks film fest. This film was made with great passion over a several week long period, it was our first time working on something this big together, so we’re really excited to share it with you all.

A Pebble in the Pond: Documentary Trailer

This is A pebble in the pond. A film described as a feel good documentary film that tells the story and history of the Assistance League and it’s founder, Anne Banning. And explores their signature program, Operation School Bell.

The film is an extension of their docu-series Ann Asks. The series hopes to inspire change in the world, and that change starts with YOU.

I Avery, animated a short animated sequence that appears in the film. It’s actually one of eight animated sequences that appear throughout the film, each uniquely crafted by a different animator.
